Ten years ago, Lilian and her husband Jeroen moved with their son into their spacious home in Venlo. "We feel really lucky to have been able to buy this house back then," says Lilian.
HOLIDAY FEELING IN YOUR OWN HOME
A home office was important to us, and we found it here. We've been living here for a while now and love spending our holidays at home, with our pool and enormous outdoor space.
Inside, the house underwent some significant changes. "The living room was already laid out as it is now, but we doubled the kitchen by adding a storage room. It truly became a kitchen-diner. The garden was also completely overhauled in the first year."
Because the house is so spacious, we all have our own space. There are plenty of nooks and crannies to retreat to, and that makes life here very relaxing.
FIRST INTRODUCTION TO ROOM108
Lilian came across Facebook Annabelle bench against. “I didn't know Room108 yet, but I was immediately sold. We preferred to buy everything from one store, so we went to Room108 Eindhoven We went there. Jaantje helped us there and we clicked right away.” And in the end, Lilian and Jeroen also chose the Annabelle!
"We really took our time with it. I'm a bit of a doubter," laughs Lilian. "We even hired an interior designer, but ultimately we went back to the colors with Jaantje. OUR OWN PLACE
The sofa remains our favorite and the focal point of the living room. "It was truly chosen for us. In the evenings, we love to flop on the chaise lounge to end the day together. But the dining table is also important: that's where we sit with friends and have the best conversations."
What I liked most? That you can combine everything at Room108 and that you have all the time to make choices. Jaantje sensed exactly what we were looking for, was endlessly patient, and really helped us think things through. Even with things I would never have thought of myself, like the wood color of the table.
Finally, Lilian adds: "We might want two more armchairs by the fireplace in the future, but otherwise, we're incredibly happy with how everything is now. This house truly feels like home. And of course, we're getting plenty of inspiration during this interior tour, because you've brought in so many beautiful accessories. It's really nice how you're approaching this."
