We are looking for an enthusiastic sales advisor to join our team for our home furnishings store Room108 in Amsterdam. Room108 has an attractive home furnishings store, in addition to sofas, armchairs, tables, beds and cabinets, you can complete your interior at Room108 with beautiful home accessories, wall decorations, rugs and lighting. The furniture can be characterized as sturdy, but also as modern and industrial. And almost every Room108 sofa can be completely assembled yourself.

Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced sales advisor and not just any one, but someone who, with passion and feeling for interior design and a lot of commercial insight, ensures that customers feel welcome in our store. You are one of our business cards and are therefore partly responsible for ensuring that customers leave the store happy!

So are you commercially strong, a real salesperson, are you customer-oriented and can you use your enthusiasm and knowledge to ensure that customers have their interior wishes translated by you? Then you are the person we are looking for!

Feature profile

  1. You are available full-time or part-time;
  2. At least MBO working and thinking level;
  3. You have a sense of styling and interior;
  4. Demonstrable experience in a similar position;
  5. Good communication skills, with an excellent command of the Dutch language. English and German are a bonus;
  6. You are a team player;
  7. You are commercially strong;
  8. Experience with SketchUp is an advantage.
