We strive to ensure your satisfaction with all your purchases, but understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. Many of our products can be returned within 14 days. Some products excluded, for example because you specify them yourself. There are a number of conditions, for example, ensure that the original packaging is retained.

How do you return an item?

To return a product, you must return it in your chosen method within 14 days of receipt. The costs for returns are at your own expense. Alternatively, the item can also be delivered personally to our warehouse. We also offer the option to collect the item, but a return fee of €108 will be charged.

After receiving the returned product, the amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.

Conditions and exceptions for returns

• Redeemed gift vouchers are not returnable.
• Products assembled by the customer cannot be returned.
• Additional services such as installation costs are not included in the returns policy.
• When paying with gift vouchers, the amount will be refunded in the form of a new gift voucher.
• If the product has been used, you still have a 14-day cooling-off period. However, if there are visible signs of use, missing parts or damaged/missing packaging, you are not entitled to a full refund. In this case, part of the purchase price will be refunded, depending on the condition of the product and packaging.

In addition to the conditions and exceptions mentioned, we would like to emphasize that products that have been composed or customized by the customer themselves cannot be returned. This is especially true for products such as custom-made furniture (e.g. sofas, chairs, tables or carpets) where the customer has chosen specific options such as fabric color, dimensions or other customizations.

When ordering custom or engineered products, we recommend that customers take extra care in providing specifications and dimensions to ensure that the final product meets their expectations.
